Chronic stress can have a negative impact on physical and mental health, but many people don’t take the time to manage their stress levels so do start meditation, naked foot walking on grass in the morning and evening time.
4. HEALTHY DIET
We should consume diets that are high in processed foods, sugar, and unhealthy fats, which can contribute to a range of health problems. Consume low sugar foods, protein rich foods like sprouts, pulses, soyabean etc.
5. REGULAR HEALTH CHECK-UPs
If you avoid going to the doctor for routine check-ups and screenings, which can help identify health problems early on so keep in notes reminders to visit your Doctor or diagnostic lab for routine check-up in every 6 months.
6. MENTAL HEALTH
Mental health is just as important as physical health, but many people don’t take the time to care for their mental health so you need to sit in silence for few minutes and concentrate at the middle of your head.
7. HYDRATION
If you don’t drink enough water, I could lead to dehydration and a range of health problems like constipation, tiredness, lack of concentration, bad sleep stages etc.
By paying attention to these important aspects of health, people can take steps to improve their overall well-being and reduce their risk of chronic diseases and health problems.
